Cousins Bill (on the right Vasilis Vassiliades) & John (on the left John Velonias), both born & raised Athenians, sharing a deep love for family, tourism & travel. In 2017 they embarked on a mission to create something extraordinary fuelled by passion for hospitality.

It all started with a single property in Athens. Fast forward to the present and now Bill and John holds a portfolio of over 200 properties across the Greek islands, mainland & in the heart of Athens, their team consists of over 30 team members and the company holds the highest score on reviews across all platforms.

We started our collaboration with Bill and John in January 2023 and the results have been truly fantastic! Our OTS at the minute account for 50% of our total sales and the average revenue rate per room is higher than the average rate of any other source.
