Established in Athens in 2017, we currently hold a portfolio of over 200 properties across the Greek islands, mainland & in the heart of Athens (18 of which are now owned by the company).

Cousins Bill (on the right Vasilis Vassiliades) & John (on the left John Velonias), both born & raised Athenians, sharing a deep love for family, tourism & travel. In 2017 they embarked on a mission to create something extraordinary fuelled by passion for hospitality.

It all started with a single property in Athens. Fast forward to the present and now Bill and John holds a portfolio of over 200 properties across the Greek islands, mainland & in the heart of Athens, their team consists of over 30 team members and the company holds the highest score on reviews across all platforms.
