At the entrance, Villa Koroneiki stands on the right. Next, Villa Tsounati sits in the middle, while Villa Agrielia completes the row. Each villa spans 190 sqm and blends comfort, functionality, and modern luxury.

Additionally, each villa accommodates up to 11 guests and 4 infants. As a result, the complex offers an excellent option for families seeking space, safety, and enjoyment.

Outdoors, each villa showcases a distinctive multi-level pool design. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a heated swimming pool which has optional heating up to 27°C available at an additional cost of €250 for the first 3 full days of heating. For stays exceeding 3 days, each additional day of heated pool use costs €80 per day. This pool includes a built-in plunge section ideal for children. Furthermore, water gently overflows from the upper pool and cascades into a larger pool below. Consequently, it creates a striking visual effect and a refreshing atmosphere. Each villa also features a dedicated barbecue area for outdoor dining.

Inside, the villas include four spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Thus, every guest enjoys privacy and comfort. One bedroom also includes a double sofa bed for two extra adults. In addition, a guest WC sits conveniently at the entrance. The bright living room accommodates one extra bed, while the fully equipped kitchen supports easy meal preparation. For cooler evenings, guests can use the indoor fireplace, available at an extra cost.
