Welcome to MV Kythnos, a stunning 260 sq.m. villa created for travelers who seek luxury, privacy, and relaxation. Perched against the breathtaking backdrop of the Aegean Sea, the villa combines elegance with comfort. As a result, it offers the perfect escape for families and groups of friends.

First, step outside and enjoy the villa’s private pool. Here, you can swim, unwind on a sun lounger, or simply soak up the warm Greek sun. In addition, the peaceful surroundings create a truly relaxing atmosphere. Altogether, the pool area feels like a secluded oasis.

Next, move to the private balcony and terrace. From here, admire panoramic sea views that stretch across the horizon. Start your day with a morning coffee while enjoying the sea breeze. Later, gather for alfresco meals or relax with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Aegean.

Inside, the villa offers five beautifully designed bedrooms that ensure comfort and restful nights. Four bedrooms feature plush queen-size beds. Meanwhile, the fifth bedroom includes two twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Moreover, this room sits a few meters above the main villa, creating a private retreat with its own living room and bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a private bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for every guest. In addition, the villa provides an extra guest WC.

Please note that a damage deposit of €1,500 is required. We collect this deposit at check-in and return it after check-out, once we complete the property inspection. The amount is fully refunded if no damage is found.
