A glamorous evening that had it all
Held at the Urban Stripes in Koukaki, which collaborates with Bill and John, the venue perfectly aligned with the premium aesthetic of the event. Stama members had the chance to enjoy a special evening. The event began with a speech from Stama President, Nasos Gavalas, who spoke about the association’s role. Following that, Stama Director, Stathis Karopoulos, and Treasurer, Vasilis Argyrakis, outlined the association’s activities.
Vasilis Vasiliadis, Co-Founder of Bill and John, participated in the event through a panel discussion with the Secretary of the association, Theocharis Michailidis, and moderator Viki Tryfona, Editor-in-Chief of BnBNews.gr.
During this discussion, various industry developments and topics were covered, including how they have been observed by a key “player” in the market, such as Bill and John. Among the topics discussed were the challenges faced by professionals today in finding reliable and capable staff, the ever-changing short-term rental legislation, which requires vigilance and adaptability, as well as the opportunities that industry professionals need to identify and seize.
At the same time, the collaboration between the association’s members was highlighted as the cornerstone for the success of accommodations in a constantly evolving environment, often characterized by ambiguity and lack of information. Referring to his vision, Vasilis Vasiliadis emphasized that he dreams of a future where the short-term rental industry fully embraces new technologies and operates within clear and stable regulatory frameworks, thus providing the best possible services to guests.
At the end of the evening, after brief greetings from event supporters Kostas Kokotsakis (Vodafone), Thanasis Piliounis (Radefy), and Veronika Kelesidou (VK BnB), networking followed, and the guests set their sights on 2025, enjoying delicious cocktails.
