Hotel & Operations Manager, New Hotel in Paros (Opening May 2026)

The Hotel is a new-generation boutique hotel opening in May 2026 on the island of Paros and designed by the award-winning Tsolakis Architects. The hotel is a 19-room centered around a large central swimming pool, an all-day restaurant, and a carefully curated guest experience.

We are looking for a Hotel & Operations Manager to lead the launch and daily operation of this distinctive property. A decisive and ambitious Manager that will take the necessary actions and leadership to ensure the success of this new hotel project. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that great hotels are built through people, atmosphere, and flawless execution, not just design and systems.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, including amongst others:

  • Day-to-day operations of rooms, front office, housekeeping, restaurant and pool areas.
  • Recruiting in cooperation with the owner, training and leading the hotel team.
  • Ensuring a high-touch, warm and personal guest experience.
  • Managing budgets, costs and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating suppliers, maintenance, safety functions and external partners.
  • Working with ownership on strategy, pricing and seasonal planning.

You should bring:

  • Experience as a Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in a boutique or lifestyle hotel
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High standards of service, aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
