Receptionist at Soleil Hotel Paros
About the Role
Soleil Hotel Paros, a new boutique hotel in Dryos, Paros and part of the Bill and John portfolio, is looking for a Receptionist to join its team and become part of the welcoming face of the hotel.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, communicates naturally with guests, and understands that the front desk is at the heart of the guest experience. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, experiences, and services
- Assisting guests throughout their stay and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting daily front office activities and maintaining accurate records
- Handling guest feedback professionally and efficiently
- Upholding the hotel’s service standards and guest experience philosophy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel reception, front office, or guest services role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Greek (additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, reliability, and a guest-oriented mindset
