Bill & John is looking for an experienced professional for the role of Revenue Manager, responsible for driving sales strategy and optimizing the performance of the company’s hospitality portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and previous experience within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing pricing strategy and revenue performance
- Monitoring competitors and market trends
- Managing OTA platforms and distribution channels
- Analyzing bookings, occupancy, and revenue data
- Collaborating closely with reservations and guest operations teams
- Developing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Preparing reports and monitoring KPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel Revenue Management or Sales within the hospitality industry is required
- Prior experience in a Reservation Department role in a supervisory position
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Experience with OTA platforms and channel management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism and team spirit
- Excellent command of English
