We started our collaboration with Bill and John in January 2023 and the results have been truly fantastic! Our OTS at the minute account for 50% of our total sales and the average revenue rate per room is higher than the average rate of any other source. As a result of the very high volume of sales Bill and John brought to us, we now have the ability for higher rates, which in turn allows us more time and freedom to focus on other operational aspects of the hotel.
