Concierge and Guest Relations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Concierge & Guest Experience Executive to join our team and create exceptional experiences for guests across our portfolio of luxury properties.
This is a guest-facing role combining luxury hospitality, relationship management and sales. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance each stay by recommending and arranging personalised services such as private chefs, transfers, tours, boat experiences, wellness and other bespoke experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for guests before and throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively recommend relevant services and experiences.
- Promote and upsell additional services, creating tailored packages based on guest preferences and occasions.
- Coordinate bookings and third-party services from recommendation through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium local suppliers and service providers.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities to enhance their stay.
- Work closely with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests and additional services.
- Contribute to the development of new concierge offerings and revenue-generating opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, travel or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong sales and commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities naturally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset.
- Genuine passion for creating memorable, personalised guest experiences.
- Professional and confident when interacting with high-end international clientele.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and suppliers efficiently.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required, particularly during peak periods.
