Guest Relations Executive

About the Role
Our property management company is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our Guest Relations Department. As part of our team, you will support the smooth operation of our portfolio of luxury villas and apartments while ensuring guests receive a seamless and high-quality experience throughout their stay.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role combining guest communication, check-in and check-out, property operations and customer service. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure properties are properly prepared, guests are well looked after and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support guest check-ins and check-outs across our luxury properties.
- Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay, providing professional and timely support.
- Assist with guest questions, requests and concerns throughout their stay.
- Coordinate the resolution of maintenance, housekeeping and property-related issues with the relevant teams and suppliers.
- Support property preparation before arrivals and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
- Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they impact the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, issues and operational actions.
- Support the wider team with the day-to-day operations of our luxury villas and apartments.
What We Are Looking For
- A proactive, hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driving licence.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or property management is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in developing a career within the hospitality and luxury property management sector.
