About the Role
Bill & John is looking for a Reservations Agent to join its growing team in Athens.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations across multiple properties, ensuring smooth communication with guests and partners, and supporting the optimization of occupancy and revenue performance.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations across multiple booking channels and platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Monitor availability, rates, and booking accuracy
- Coordinate with property management, guest communication, and operations teams
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest journey
- Support revenue optimization initiatives and occupancy management
- Maintain accurate reservation records and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Hospitality Operations
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with PMS, Channel Managers, or OTA platforms will be considered an asset
- Professionalism, team spirit, and guest-oriented approach
